Section 01

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gp333 ("gp333", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gp333 website located at gp333.club, together with all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any part of gp333.club, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by every provision contained herein.

gp333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Any amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. 1.1 Acceptance of Terms

Accessing the platform in any capacity — including browsing without a registered account — constitutes acceptance. Players who have previously accepted an earlier version of these Terms are bound by the most recently published version from the date of its publication.

1.2 Applicable Law

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as legal advice. 1.3 Language of Agreement

The official and governing language of these Terms is English. Age Restriction & Eligibility

This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies universally to all players regardless of location within Bangladesh.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

Section 03

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account with gp333. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment method details, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any associated balances may be voided.

3.1 Registration Information

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if any detail changes after registration.

gp333 does not accept registrations from players who provide false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information. Discovery of false registration data at any point entitles gp333 to permanently close the account, void all balances, and recover any withdrawals made from the account during the period of misrepresentation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your gp333 account credentials, including your username and password. gp333 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number as an additional layer of account security. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. gp333 will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must immediately notify gp333 support via live chat at gp333.club or by email at [email protected]. gp333 will take prompt action to secure the account pending investigation; however, gp333 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player failed to maintain adequate password security.

3.3 One Account Per Player

The prohibition on multiple accounts applies regardless of the device used, the payment method registered, or whether the accounts are used simultaneously or at different times. If gp333 determines that two or more accounts belong to the same individual, gp333 may merge the accounts, close all but the oldest account, and apply any winnings or bonuses earned across duplicate accounts to the merged or surviving account at its sole discretion.

Section 04

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on gp333 are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gp333 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and select Bangladeshi bank transfers including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. gp333 does not accept cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or any payment method not listed in the player's verified account settings.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on gp333 is ৳200. There is no upper limit imposed by gp333 for deposits, though individual payment service providers (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction limits per their service terms. Deposits are credited to your gp333 account balance instantly in most cases, subject to the processing times of the selected payment provider. gp333 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, mobile financial service providers may deduct their standard transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously verified and registered against the player's account. Withdrawal requests are processed by gp333 within one to three business hours on business days during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) operating hours, subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. gp333 does not permit withdrawal of funds that have not been used to place at least one genuine wager on the platform.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

gp333 maintains a robust Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy in accordance with best industry practice. gp333 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any account where deposit patterns or withdrawal requests give rise to a reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by gp333 will result in account suspension and the referral of account information to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Under no circumstances will gp333 process a withdrawal to a third-party account or payment method that differs from the one used to make the original deposit. All withdrawals must be returned to the verified source of funds where technically possible.

Section 05

Bonus & Promotions

gp333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, together with the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and this section, the promotion-specific term shall prevail solely in respect of that promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits awarded by gp333 are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page and in the player's bonus history section of their account. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the applicable timeframe will result in the bonus and any winnings generated from it being forfeited automatically.

Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and may have their account permanently closed.

5.3 Seasonal & Cricket Promotions

Seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladeshi cultural occasions are also offered periodically. Each such promotion has its own terms, eligibility criteria, and time window. 5.4 Free Spins

Where free spins are awarded as part of a promotion, they are valid only on the specific slot title(s) stated in the promotion terms and must be used within the period specified. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Free spins have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

Section 07

Account Suspension & Closure

gp333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where gp333 determines that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your gp333 account at any time by contacting support via live chat at gp333.club or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, gp333 will process any pending withdrawal of cleared, wagered funds to your verified payment method before closing the account. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from unwagered bonus credits will not be returned upon voluntary closure.

7.2 Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — should indicate this clearly when contacting support. Responsible gaming closures are treated with the highest priority. Once a responsible gaming closure or self-exclusion has been activated, gp333 will not permit the account to be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period. 7.3 Enforcement Closure

Where gp333 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account at the time of closure are subject to review. Funds derived from legitimate, fair-play wagers may be returned to the player's verified payment method at gp333's discretion. Funds derived from bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or prohibited conduct will be forfeited entirely. gp333's determination in such matters is final, subject only to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.

Section 08

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gp333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the gp333 platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: service interruptions or downtime; errors in game software or RNG outcomes subsequently found to be caused by a technical fault; delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket; or unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.

8.1 Service Availability

gp333 targets 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. 8.2 Disputed Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on gp333 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealer outcomes in the case of live casino tables. In the event of a technical error during a game that results in an ambiguous outcome, gp333 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the stake to the player's account. gp333's decision regarding disputed game outcomes is final.
